American Mobility truly cares. Their staff is above and beyond compare. Five out of five stars. Thanks guys, from the bottom of our hearts.
Diane and Tom
I first met Anthony in
1982. Since that time Mr. Gervasio and his staff have provided me with the
finest durable medical equipment - including but not limited to
electric scooters, manual and electric wheelchairs and a fully
accessible wheelchair van.
My husband and I
found the staff at American Mobility to be very responsive, helpful
and sensitive. It was clearly important to Tony that my husband’s
needs were met whether it was a scooter, a lift for the car, a
hospital bed or a transfer chair. Steve was the one who usually
delivered the equipment from American Mobility. He always took the
time needed to show us how to use the equipment and to answer any
questions that we had. Both Tony and Steve showed great compassion
and sensitivity in all the interactions we had with them on behalf
of American Mobility.
American Mobility’s people are caring and helpful; people who will find the right equipment that you need and will give you the best service, which you will also need quick. Thank You.

Dear Tim and Steve,
On Behalf of the Greater
Delaware Valley Chapter of The National MS Society, we would like to
thank American Mobility for supporting the 2006 Annual Convention
and Expo. We would especially like to thank, Tony, Steve, Jason,
Tim, and Brian for their tremendous service and support with
providing loaner scooters for our event. You really went out of your
way to ensure we had as many scooters as possible for our clients.
It is very rare, in
these days and times, to find a company that goes beyond the call of
duty in giving service to its customers. American Mobility is that
exception. From the very first encounter I had on the phone renting
a van to the final purchase of one of your vans, Brian and Jen, and
the rest of the staff treated me as family. Everything was explained
in detail and done in a timely manner thanks to Jen’s expertise and
Brian’s accommodating manner. It was truly a pleasure to do business
with your company.
I would like to take
this opportunity to thank you and your staff for the service that
has been provided to Cheryl and me over the past several years.
Without your help Cheryl would probably still be manually
transferring from the car to her wheelchair. Your assistance in
locating a wheelchair accessible van and helping us with arranging
for financing was a blessing. The new van has improved Cheryl and my
life greatly. Now that she is able to ride directly in and out of
the van vs. having to transfer from the wheelchair every time we
want to go into a store has given her an independence that she was
not able to experience before.
“I just wanted to tell you how pleased I am with the work Rick did [on my hand controls]. I spent the Thanksgiving weekend tooling around with my husband as co-pilot and today drove into work all by myself. A police officer friend of ours looked the work over and said it is the neatest job he’s seen. ..Thanks again for all your help in getting this done. I’m so happy with the results.” Nancy G
Dear Tony: American Mobility consistently exceeds my wife and my expectations in every way. My wife Kathy has MS and is dependent on her scooters and stair glide to keep her moving forward. Rick in service is not only a fine mechanic but also understands the need to get equipment repaired on time. I have dealt with you in sales. You never over sell us and spend as much time as it takes to educate us about various options and costs. Dealing with the physician offices and insurers would be an enormous hassle without Cheryl. She is remarkable in her ability to get those two groups to listen and start moving. Kathy and I wish you continued success and appreciate your understanding of the needs of people with disabilities. Sincerely, Robert K. |
